Shruti Haasan Once Opened On Getting Her Nose Fixed, Doing Fillers, 'I Don't Feel..'

Shruti Haasan has been one of the top south actresses who has undergone many cosmetic procedures. There is an interview with the star that went viral, where she admitted to getting fillers and getting her nose fixed. She had boldly admitted to going under the knife on her wish and also about people saying that she looked different.

When Shruti Haasan opened up on getting a nose job done

During an old interview with Hauterrfly's show, The Male Feminist, the actress shared the importance of being vocal about her surgery. She boldly shared about getting filers along with a nose job. She revealed how her nose was broken when she did her first film, and people thought she was covering up as an excuse for doing cosmetic surgery. Shruti said:

"I did get my nose fixed and it was very obvious I got my nose fixed. My nose was broken and quite different before. I did my first film with my old nose and then people are like she is just using the deviated septum excuse. No I did have a deviated septum. It hurt but if I could make it prettier, it's my face. Why wouldn't I? It was that simple. I don't feel the need to justify why I want to look a certain way for myself."

Shruti then addressed being slammed for having fillers. Going ahead in the interview she admitted of doing the same. She fearlessly said that tomorrow, if she had to get a facelift, maybe she would or maybe she would not. Shruti, being confident in her skin noted:

"It's my body. And those who want to do whatever they want to or don't want to, I don't condone it. I don't want people to say Shruti sabko bol rahi hai jaake filler lagao. Nahi. Aapko karna hai karo. Nai karna hai nai karo. Mujhe bass apne kaam pe chodo."

When Shruti was further asked about where she got the confidence to be the unabashed version of herself, the actress strongly replied. She said people always told her that she did not look like a heroine and had a foreigner’s face. Her Indianess was questioned though her talent was appreciated. Shruti knew she did not want to fit into the standard society beauty norms.

Shruti Hassan once revealed that she liked to live with plastic surgery

Shruti, once in an interview with iDiva, shared she was proud and happy to acknowledge that she had undergone plastic surgery. She never advocated or promoted the same. She is not against the same but in her words:

"It's just how I choose to live. The biggest favour we can do for ourselves and others is just be and learn to accept the changes and the movement of our bodies and minds."

The talented beauty also shared that one never needed to fit into anything as everyone had the liberty to do what they felt like doing. Shruti was proud to be honest about her journey and respected other women who liked to do botox treatments.
