Shubhangi Atre is one of the renowned actresses in the television industry. She made her acting debut with the popular serial, Kasauti Zindagi Kay, wherein she played the lead role of 'Kasturi'. Afterwards, she was seen in the serial, Chhidiya Ghar, when she replaced Shilpa Shinde. Following this, Shubhangi yet again replaced Shilpa in the TV drama, Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain in 2016 as 'Angoori Manmohan Tiwari'. And her appearance in BJGPH made her a household name.
Now, in an interview with Pinkvilla, Shubhangi Atre opened up about her diet plan and revealed the importance of maintaining her body to remain fit. She expressed her thought that according to her when a person feels good inside, they look good outside. Then, explaining the secret behind her fit body, she delved deeper into her fitness regime and diet. She shared:

"I believe that being fit isn't just about the body; it's also about having a healthy state of mind. If I'm not mentally well, it's hard to look good on the outside. So, I make sure to eat right at the right times and incorporate yoga and stretching into my routine. When I feel good inside, it reflects on how I look outside. I've learned that focusing on inner peace and happiness matters more than just outward beauty."

Upon being asked about the secret behind her well-toned body, Shubhangi opened up about her simple diet. The actress also opted for intermittent fasting for a few months. Afterwards, she mentioned that being a pure vegetarian, she also seeks advice from her sister, who is a dietitian. Then, she talked about the meals, including light food, greens and more, which she prefers in her all day diet-plan, and mentioned:
"I never overeat; I prefer eating small portions rather than stuffing myself. I've found that intermittent fasting has made a significant difference in my body, so I followed it for a few months. Of course, there are cheat days sometimes. My daily routine typically starts with detox water, followed by fruits and nuts for breakfast. I go for one chapati with green vegetables for lunch. For my protein intake, I include a bowl of lentils or kidney beans. In the summers, I have buttermilk. In the evening, I snack on fruits and black coffee, and for dinner, I keep it very light."
Following this, Shubhangi revealed that Yoga, meditation, travelling and music are something which keeps her health in place. She mentioned how depending on her mood, she keeps enjoying an array of music. She expressed how these things are extremely essential for her well-being, and shared that despite having s busy schedule, courtesy of her work, she never misses a chance to take time out for yoga. In Shubhangi's words:
"When you're disciplined and manage your time well, you know what your body needs. So, it becomes quite easy. While I can't work out every day, I manage to do it two or three times a week, but I make sure to do stretching and Yoga every single day."

At the end of the conversation, Shubhangi revealed how comments and compliments on her beauty, makes her feel good. Explaining how being in such an industry, she has to prove herself everyday, she mentioned that being an actor is a constant battle. Finally, she revealed how due to her fitness regime, she is often referred to as her daughter's elder sister.
