Recently, Smriti shared a rare picture of her father meeting her boss, Mr. Narendra Modi, and netizens have some hilarious reactions to the same.
On December 7, 2023, Smriti took to her Instagram handle and posted a picture with her father as they were sitting inside Prime Minister, Narendra Modi's office. Smriti was decked up in a maroon-toned saree with a shawl. On the other hand, her father wore a white-toned kurta. Along with it, Smriti penned a hilarious caption, which can be read as:
"When THE BOSS meets THE FATHER …. and you pray they don’t exchange complaints about you."

Soon, netizens flooded the comments section. One user wrote, "Yeh toh PTM ho rahi hai." Another commented, "Political Parent Teachers meet." Smriti's best friend, Ekta Kapoor also commented and wrote, "Your dad's looking very handsome."
Last year, Smriti Irani's video from the Miss India contest left the internet berserk. Smriti participated in the Miss India beauty pageant in 1998. In a viral social-media clip, Smriti was seen donning a tangerine halter neck top with a mini skirt. Her look was rounded off with a huge straw hat. For a second, Smriti looked unrecognisable as she walked on the ramp with poise.

Smriti always wanted to achieve big in her life. She didn't stop her goals after becoming an acclaimed actress. She joined the Bharatiya Janata Party in 2003 and became the vice president of the Maharashtra Youth Wing in 2004. Smriti is an MP from the Amethi constituency. She won the Lok Sabha elections in 2019.
Not many know that Smriti made her television debut with the serial, Aatish. She also worked in the serial, Kavita, which aired on DD metro. However, it was Ekta Kapoor's serial, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi that gave her name and fame.
