Smriti Mandhana's Fiance, Palaash Was Allegedly Caught Kissing A Woman, Ran Away On Wedding Day

Smriti Mandana and Palaash Muchhal’s wedding is leading the headlines for all the wrong reasons now. The duo was supposed to get married on November 23, 2025, however, the wedding was postponed indefinitely, leaving everyone worried. The reason for postponing the wedding was stated to be Smriti’s father suffering a heart attack. But now multiple reports are stating that Palaash was caught cheating on Smriti.

A viral Reddit thread is carrying multiple screenshots of Palaash’s flirty private chats with a girl named Mary D'Costa, reportedly a choreographer for Palaash and Smriti’s wedding. In the chats, Palaash was seen insisting that Mary meet him at the Marriott to have a swim and spa with him. The chats, which were first shared on Reddit, were removed later.

Now, the latest news claimed that Palaash was caught cheating on Smriti. As per a new Reddit thread, Palaash was spotted kissing a woman four days before his engagement to Smriti. Many reports also surfaced that people saw him getting cosy with Mary during the rehearsals. Well, the authenticity of such claims is yet to be verified.

After Smriti and Palaash’s wedding was postponed, reports surfaced that Palaash had been hospitalised due to a mild infection. However, a new Reddit thread dismissed the reports and stated that it was just a cover-up. The thread also claimed that a Twitter account close to Smriti’s family revealed that the groom and Smriti’s father had a huge altercation the night before the wedding. It is also rumoured that Palaash allegedly ran away on the day of his wedding.

A day after the wedding was postponed, Smriti Mandana deleted all her pre-wedding pictures with Palaash, adding more fuel to the rumours. Amid the fiasco, several screenshots went viral, showing a private interaction between Mary D'Costa and Palaash. In the screenshots, Palaash was seen having flirtatious conversations with Mary. Team BollywoodShaadis couldn't verify the authenticity of these screenshots, and they were selected from those that went viral on social media. Additionally, neither Smriti nor Palaash has addressed the cheating rumours till now.
