Music composer and filmmaker, Palash Muchhal, has officially confirmed his upcoming wedding with his girlfriend, Smriti Mandhana. Speaking to reporters at the State Press Club, Palash has finally put an end to the speculations surrounding their relationship. When asked about his bond with the Indian cricket star, the Indore-based musician smiled and shared that Smriti will become the daughter-in-law of Indore. Although the music composer didn’t disclose the wedding date or any further details, his statement made it clear that the couple is preparing to take the next big step in their almost 6-year relationship. He was quoted as saying:

"She will soon become the daughter-in-law of Indore… that’s all I want to say. I’ve given you the headline."

The dedicated Indian batswoman gave her heart to music composer, Palash Muchhal long ago, but neither of them has ever confirmed their relationship publicly. According to a report by TOI, the duo has been dating since 2019. However, Palash once gave a subtle hint about their relationship. On July 7, 2024, Palash took to his Instagram handle and shared a lovey-dovey post with his alleged girlfriend, Smriti Mandhana. In the first snap, the couple was cutting a cake that had a text that can be read as '5 years of happiness.' 

In the next post, the two happily posed for the camera. Although Palash didn’t write anything in the caption, except #5 with a red heart and evil eye emoji, it was the comments from Palash’s sister, Palak Muchhal, and TV actress, Rubina Dilaik, that confirmed the BTS love story of Smriti and Palash. Palash's sister and Bollywood singer, Palak Muchhal, commented, "My cuties," while TV star, Rubina Dilaik, joined in, writing, "You both."

Wishing his ladylove, Palash wrote, "Happiest birthday, my beautiful girl! Seeing him at Smriti’s matches shows his care and support towards the Indian cricket star. Earlier this year, Palash's post on Smriti’s 29th birthday and Smriti’s reply, "Thank youu, my boi" won hearts. Palash's note can be read as:
