Her second Diwali outfit, which she wore to host her friends, featured a rani pink kurti and contrasting green trousers, both featuring golden embellishments. Two months later, she changed the spelling of her surname from 'Motwani' to 'Motwanni', hinting at changes in her life.

Hansika shared that the surname spelling alteration was her mother's suggestion (probably based on numerology), as she had a tough time last year. Meanwhile, her husband also made his Instagram profile private, raising fans' eyebrows. Sohael mentioned that the rumours of their divorce were unfounded, but his repeated absence from Hansika's posts makes fans believe otherwise.
