Now, reports are rife that the newbie parents are all set to organise a lavish ceremony to introduce their baby boy to their loved ones.
Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja's baby boy came as a blessing to the Kapoor-Ahuja clan. For the unversed, Sonam and Anand had welcomed a baby boy into their lives on August 20, 2022, and their family shared their 'good news' with a beautiful picture note. It was Neetu Kapoor, who congratulated the newbie, nana-nani, Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor, by posting the postcard first. The message on the note could be read as:
"We are delighted to announce, on the 20th of August 2022, the arrival of the newest member of our family. Sonam and Anand have been blessed with a healthy baby boy and we couldn't be more elated. Our hearts are bursting with pride and love for the new parents and their beautiful angel."

Acoording to a report in BollywoodLife, it is stated that the newbie parents, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and Anand Ahuja, are planning to host a lavish naming ceremony for their son. Since the actress' baby shower ceremony had got cancelled, due to the rising cases of Coronavirus in India, so, now, the new parents want to make everything special. The ceremony would be 'meet the baby' event, where Sonam and Anand will announce their baby's name in the presence of their close friends and family members. The report added that the ceremony would take place after the Ganpati festival.
Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja's baby boy has brought immense happiness to the Kapoor family. It was on August 22, 2022, when Rhea Kapoor had shared the first ever glimpse of her sister, Sonam Kapoor's baby boy on her IG handle. She posted a series of pictures from the moment she saw her nephew for the first time, and the newbie massi, Rhea's reaction to the same was unmissable. She got emotional and could be seen wiping her tears as she saw the cutest little munchkin in the labour room. Along with the pictures, Rhea had penned:

Sonam Kapoor Ahuja is currently enjoying her motherhood journey to the fullest. On September 1, 2022, the newbie mommy had shared a video of herself, giving a glimpse of her postpartum belly. In the clip, Sonam could be heard saying that she still wears her maternity outfit, which was from the brand, Nike. The actress had further added that her postpartum belly was not in yet, but she still found it pretty. In her words:
“Still wearing my Nike maternity. Tummy’s not completely in yet but looks great.”
