Bollywood actress, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja shares a beautiful relationship with her in-laws, especially her mom-in-law. She highly respects her and adores her. On February 27, 2023, Sonam's saasu-ma turned a year older, and the doting bahu penned a heartfelt birthday wish. She expressed her wish to be as cool a mom as her saasu-ma. However, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja's baby boy, Vayu Kapoor Ahuja's picture with his dadi, won our hearts.
Just a few seconds ago, Sonam took to her Instagram handle and posted a couple of unseen pictures with her mom-in-law, Priya. The first picture was from Sonam's baby boy, Vayu's naamkaran ceremony. The doting dadi looked super happy as she held her grandson in her lap during the ceremony. It was an adorable moment that radiated Priya's endless love for Sonam and Anand's baby boy.

The next photo was from Sonam's mehendi ceremony, and the saas-bahu duo looked happy as they posed for the camera. Sonam also shared a few happy pictures of her mom-in-law. Alongside it, she penned a heartfelt note. While wishing her saasu-ma on her birthday, she expressed her wish to be like her and give her son, Vayu, the right values. Sonam wrote:
"Happy Happy birthday to the best mom in law in the world.. thank you for being the classiest, chicest and kindest. Also for bringing up @anandahuja and @ase_msb so beautifully.. I hope I can learn from you so Vayu turns out as kind, aware, progressive loving and evolved as your boys who really actually are the best of men! what an amazing example you’ve set mom. Love you!"
In 2020, Sonam was in Delhi with her in-laws when the entire world was on lockdown due to the pandemic. In a media interaction with Filmfare, Sonam revealed that her mom-in-law is one of the most progressive and cool ladies. She revealed that they spend their entire lockdown baking together and dressing up nicely. In another media interaction, Sonam revealed that she is obsessed with her mom-in-law and they get along very well.
On the other hand, Sonam's mom-in-law, Priya also equally adores Sonam. She never misses a chance to pamper her and shower love on her. When Sonam shared her pregnancy announcement, Priya was the first one who shared her excitement about becoming dadi. She had posted a picture of Sonam flaunting her baby bump, and had written:
"Super excited to be a Dadi soon. Cant wait. Love you my Bachaas. God Bless"
