There is a new rumoured couple in Tinseltown, and it's Sophie Turner and Chris Martin. The Game of Thrones star found her name linked with Coldplay frontman, Chris Martin, after the Daily Mail reported spotting them on a 'secret date' in London. This unexpected pairing has sparked a lot of speculation, as both celebrities are newly single.

Chris Martin was in an eight-year-long relationship with Dakota Johnson of Fifty Shades of Grey fame. As per reports, the couple were engaged as well, but separated in 2024. Meanwhile, after her publicised divorce with Joe Jonas, Sophie Turner and aristrocat, Peregrine 'Perry' Pearson were in an on and off relationship for two years. However, they seem to have called it quits finally since, Perry was seen with a mystery blonde woman.

Sophie Turner is a 29-year-old mother of two daughters, whom she shares with ex-husband, Joe Jonas. Chris Martin, on the other hand, is 48 and was previously married to Gwyneth Paltrow, and they also have two children. According to the Daily Mail, after their recent break-ups, Sophie and Chris grew close. Since Chris is in London right now for Coldplay's Music of the Spheres tour, where Sophie lives, there has been speculation about whether that is how the two crossed paths. Interestingly, a Times Now report stated that Sophie has been an outspoken fan of the band and had once received a birthday message from Chris Martin, arranged by her then-husband, Joe Jonas.

Chris also briefly dated actress, Anabelle Wallis of Peaky Blinders fame. For eight years, the Coldplay singer had been in a relationship with Dakota Johnson. Following this split, he has been linked with Sophie.
