Sruthi Lakshmi tied the knot with Dr. Avin Anto on January 3, 2016. The bethrotal ceremony took place on January 2, 2016 at St. Joseph Church in Kalamassery, which was followed by a reception in Sanjo Centre.

The wedding took place at St. Joseph Church, Kuriachira, in Thrissur, and a reception was arranged at Ceevees Presidency International Auditorium on January 3, 2016.

The reception was attended by many celebrities of the Malayalam film industry like Rimi Tomy, Jyotsna, Muktha, Rajeev Pillai, Shalin Zoya, Krishna Prabha, and Sarayu.
