According to the latest report by the Hindustan Times, construction workers would begin extensive renovation work at Mannat. The report further revealed that SRK and his entire family will be moving to Pali Hill amid the extension and renovation work. The actor will be staying in a luxurious four-floor apartment built by film producer, Vashu Bhagnani.

SRK's Red Chillies Entertainment company had lately entered into a leave and licence agreement with Vashu's son, Jackky, and his daughter, Deepshika Deshmukh, who is also the co-owner of Puja Casa, the property where Shah Rukh Khan is expected to stay with his family.
