Shah Rukh Khan’s newly released film, Jawan has been grabbing all the headlines at the moment. The much-anticipated film by King Khan has won hearts across nation, and everyone is showering the film and its stellar star cast with a lot of love and appreciation for their hard work and exceptional acting mettle. And now, Aaliyah Quereshi, who makes her debut in the SRK starrer film, reveals some interesting anecdotes from the film sets of Jawan.
In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Aaliyah Quereshi shared some fun anecdotes from her shooting experience of the film, Jawan. She mentioned how Shah Rukh Khan’s youngest born, AbRam was frequently out and about in the sets. She mentioned how SRK’s manager, Pooja shared with the superstar about Aaliyah’s knack for music, to which SRK revealed how his son, SRK has the same taste for music, and even has a home studio in the sets. Revealing how SRK actually ended up arranging for a jamming session for Aaliyah after the shooting was over, she mentioned:
“So he said, oh you know, AbRam also has a little home studio. He's also really into music. Tomorrow after dinner, we'll jam. I thought he had said it just like that because it's a big set and you forget, you get busy. But he remembered and he actually got two guitars, a mic stand, a mic, a speaker, he got a whole home set up. I played him some of my original music and it was just really nice.”

In one of her other interviews with India Today, Aaliyah Quereshi opened up about what it meant to work with the Baadshah of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan in Jawan. For the unversed, Aaliyah portrays one of the six ladies in SRK’s team in the film. She shared how the superstar had a fatherly vibe when she met him for the first time. Sharing how SRK made everyone in the film set stay super comfortable, Aaliyah mentioned:
“It was really nice. He was very warm towards us from the beginning. The first time I met him, he hugged me. He gave a very fatherly vibe towards all of us. When I said, I'm so excited to work with you sir, he replied, not more excited than I am. Of course, he was just saying that because he's worked with so many people. But he always did everything to make me feel comfortable on set. He never made us feel like we're newcomers or we're not important basically.”

In the same interview, Aaliyah spoke about how she got to know about SRK’s habit to staying indoors inside the hotel, even during outdoor shoots in exotic travel locations. She mentioned conversing with Shah Rukh about his frequent travel and the opportunity to see so many new places. She revealed how SRK mentioned that he prefers to stay indoors and not travel much, since the main thing for him in all of it is his acting. He strictly mentioned to her how his job is to come to the set and perform his scenes, and nothing much.
