Late Sunjay Kapur's ex-wife, Karisma Kapoor's life has again come into the limelight. This is due to a legal battle involving her children, Samaira and Kiaan, amid the Rs. 30,000 crore estate left behind by her late industrialist husband, Sunjay. Samaira and Kiaan have now gone to the Delhi High Court and have alleged that their stepmom, Priya Sachdev Kapur, has completely manipulated the will of their late father to take full control of the assets.
For the unversed, Sunjay passed away at the age of 53 in 2025 due to a cardiac arrest in the UK. He was playing polo when the tragedy happened. Sunjay was the chairman of Sona Comstar, a massive auto component giant, and after his demise, a family feud led to a legal mess. Amid everyone from Sunjay's family claiming their alleged shares, the conversation around ex-wife, Karisma's networth is unmissable.
For the unversed, it was in 2003 when Karisma and Sunjay got married. They had a traditional Sikh ceremonial wedding in Mumbai. Karisma had made allegations of domestic violence, dowry harassment against Sunjay and his family.
