Legendary actor, Dharmendra turned a year older on December 8, 2023. Undoubtedly, wishes are pouring from all sides. In addition, the veteran actor's fan clubs even organised huge cake-cutting ceremonies for him. Now, as glimpses of Dharmendra attending one such ceremony along with Sunny Deol surfaced on social media, we got hold of a heart-melting moment of the father-son duo, and it is simply priceless. For the unversed, Sunny is the son of the veteran actor, Dharmendra and his first wife, Prakash Kaur.
The doting son, Sunny Deol shares a strong bond with his daddy, Dharmendra and proof of the same is often found. A few hours ago, in a video that surfaced on the internet from Dharmendra's cake-cutting ceremony, we spotted his son, Sunny getting emotional. Dharmendra was seen cutting a huge white-coloured cake adorned with edible flowers, a crown and his young-age picture, wherein he looked absolutely dapper. For the outing, Dharmendra opted for a coffee brown-hued shirt paired with a black cap and matching pants. On the other hand, Sunny, who was seen wiping his eyes with a handkerchief, looked handsome in a blue shirt paired with trousers and a cap.

Soon after the sobbing moment, Sunny joined the other men present over there and sang the 'Happy Birthday' song for Dharmendra as the latter cut the cake. Not only this, Sunny also side-hugged Dharmendra while posing for the paps over there. Later, the Gadar actor was also seen feeding his father a small piece of cake.

Dharmendra also received some heartfelt wishes from his loved ones. For instance, his ladylove, Hema Malini posted a throwback picture with him and wished his great health and lots of happiness in life. On the other hand, his doting daughter, Esha Deol shared three lovely pictures with him, wherein she was seen mushily hugging her daddy dearest. Alongside it, she penned a heartfelt note for the birthday boy and also revealed her love for him. When Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol graced Karan Johar's chat show, Koffee With Karan, season 8, the actors made some shocking revelations about their personal lives. In one of the segments of the episode, Karan asked Bobby, “Why your father is being so chaalu?” To this, Bobby hilariously mentioned that even though Dharmendra shared a kiss with Shabana Azmi in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, the legendary actor remains cute to his audiences. Listening to Bobby's remark, Karan threw the same question to Sunny. To which, Sunny hilariously responded and said:

Sunny being the eldest son of his parents, is indeed a responsible man. A few months ago, according to a report in the ETimes, Sunny had taken his parents, Dharmendra and Prakash Kaur, to the US on a holiday. A source close to the Deol family revealed to the portal that the trio jetted off on a much-awaited vacation of 15-20 days to meet Sunny's sisters, Vijeta and Ajeeta, who are settled in Los Angeles. The loving son made this decision a few days after his mother, Prakash, turned a year older. And as per the report, it was Sunny's gift to his mother.
