Sunny Deol is currently basking in the glory and heaps of appreciation for his recently released film, Gadar 2. The film was a humble sequel to Sunny’s film by the same name, that had etched the place of a classic in the hearts of the audience. On his personal front, the actor has also been witnessing a lot of good fortune, first with the wedding of his eldest son, Karan Deol earlier in 2023, as well as his younger son, Rajveer making his debut with the upcoming film, Dono. Recently, various reports had suggested that the actor’s lavish home in Juhu will be put up for e-auction, due to the alleged non-repayment of loans of over Rs. 56 crores to the bank. And now, Sunny issued his statement on the same.
Responding to the ongoing buzz and speculation about his property being put up for auction due to non-repayment of outstanding loans worth crores, Sunny Deol issued a final clarification statement on the same. For the unversed, this comes after the bank reportedly retracted the auction notice. Highlighting how the matter would be resolved promptly, Sunny mentioned:
“We are in process of resolving this issue and the issue will be resolved. We request for no further speculation on the same."

Earlier, a report by Bollywood Hungama claimed that after hearing Sunny Deol’s financial crisis over the loan, it was his colleague from the film industry, Akshay Kumar, who had stepped up in order to help him out. The report stated that after a meeting between the two actors, Akshay had decided to pay off a huge chunk of the loan and added that Sunny had promised to repay it to him in instalments. However, Akshay Kumar’s spokesperson rubbished all such claims.
Sunny Deol has been hitting all the headlines with his superb performance in the film, Gadar 2. The actor has nailed the cult film with his praise-worthy acting chops, and has created an instant sensation among the audience. During his success press conference for the film, Sunny had revealed his father, Dharmendra’s reaction to it. The dashing actor mentioned:
“Papa ko kuch kehna nahi hota, who sirf ek jhappi dal denge aur hans denge.”

An earlier report by BollywoodLife had stated that despite frequent discord with his step-sister, Esha Deol, Sunny wou be visiting her house for the first time this year to celebrate Raksha Bandhan. The report revealed that there had been a sudden change of heart between Sunny and his step-sisters, Esha and Ahana, and the trio have decided to celebrate Raksha Bandhan at Esha’s place.
