Sunny Deol is one of the most handsome and talented actors in the entertainment industry. Currently, he is bagging immense success for his film, Gadar 2. For the unversed, the film is a prequel to the 2001-hit release, Gadar: Ek Prem Katha. Apart from his professional life, the actor has been hitting the headlines for his personal life. The actor's equation with his step-sister, Esha Deol has been constantly grabbing the limelight. And now, finally, Sunny talked about his complicated relationship with Esha.
In the latest interview with Zoom, Sunny Deol opened up about his equation with his half-sister, Esha Deol. The actor responded beautifully when asked about getting spotted with Esha and her sweet gesture of hosting a screening of his film, Gadar 2. Answering the same, the actor mentioned that with time, the pain and agony get healed and replaced by happiness. In his words:
"Obviously, I’ve gone through lots of pain and agony beforehand, I’ve gone through a lot of processes but as I always say happiness can come and you won't even know what pain and agony was. It just takes over you and you just forget all those things."

Further, in the same conversation, Sunny mentioned that earlier, people used to think that life has to be lived in a certain format, however, with time, things changed and one has to accept it. Mentioning how, rather than regretting about what has happened, one should actually embrace the change and let go of the negative energy, Sunny said:
"Years back we all used to think life is going to be a certain way. But when you start into your life, things change and then you’ve to adapt yourself to that. That’s why we say, films are fairy tales, life is not so. We want life to be like films but still, the beauty is in life itself where we accept it the way it is and not regret it, don’t hate it, let go of that negative energy and accept it."
In the same conversation, Sunny mentioned that everything is fine between him and his sister, Esha Deol. On being asked about his father, Dharmendra's reaction to his equation with Esha, the actor mentioned he has been really happy. Sunny also stated that for him, his father's happiness is above everything. The actor also mentioned that he feels content if his actions bring a smile to his father's face.

For the unversed, it was on August 12, 2023, when Esha had hosted a special screening of Sunny Deol's film, Gadar 2. Close friends and family members of the actor attended the event. Moreover, Esha and Sunny's siblings, Ahana Deol and Bobby Deol also attended the screening. In the pictures and videos going viral on the internet, Sunny could be seen posing happily with his brother, Bobby Deol and their step-sisters, Esha and Ahana. Undoubtedly, Esha's sweet gesture toward her step-brother melted our hearts.
