Sunny Deol is one of the most popular and talented actors in the Hindi film industry. Following his father, Dharmendra's footsteps, the actor made a name for himself in the world of acting. For the unversed, he made his Bollywood debut with the film, Betaab in 1983. Later, he went on to work in some blockbuster films like Gadar: Ek Prem Katha, Indian, Ghayal, Ghatak: Lethal, Apne, Border, Jeet, Darr, Damini, Yamla Pagla Deewana, Ziddi and many more. And currently, Sunny is bagging immense success for his newly released film, Gadar 2. Talking about his personal life, Sunny is married to the love of his life, Pooja Deol. And the duo is blessed with two sons, Karan Deol and Rajveer Deol.
Sunny Deol has various stars added to his list of achievements. And one of them is being the owner of a luxurious bungalow in the plush locality of Juhu. However, now, according to a report in ETimes, it was revealed that Sunny Deol's lavish villa has been put up for auction. As per the report, the actors' villa will be auctioned virtually on September 25, 2023.

The report further stated that Sunny had borrowed a loan amount of Rs. 55,99,80,766.33 from the Bank of Baroda. While he was the borrower, his father, Dharmendra was named as the guarantor of the loan. The report mentioned that the actor has even received a notice from the bank for the non-payment of dues. And hence, if Sunny fails to pay the amount, his Juhu house will get auctioned.
For the unversed, Sunny Deol has turned his Juhu villa into the Deol family's office. Moreover, their preview theatre, Sunny Super Sound is also situated at his Juhu house only. In addition, all other post-production amenities of the Deol family are also situated there only.

Earlier, a report in ETimes had reported that Sunny Deol had mortgaged his preview threatre, Sunny Super Sound. As per the report, it was mentioned that the actor had taken this step to raise funds for his then-directional film, Ghayal Once Again. Moreover, a close source to the Deol family even informed ETimes that Sunny was in huge debt and hence, he was compelled to mortgage his studio to pay a huge amount to the financiers. However, the actor's manager had denied such claims.
Talking about Sunny's personal life, the actor shares a warm bond with his step-sisters, Esha Deol and Ahana Deol. However, they don't like to bring their relationship into the public eye. But, recently, a report about Sunny and Esha celebrating their first Raksha Bandhan together started doing rounds in the media. According to a BollywoodLife report, a source close to the Deol family had the step brothers and sisters would celebrate the festival together at Esha's house. The source could be quoted as saying:
"Sunny Paaji is extremely happy at this moment because he witnessed the long-time desired success with Gadar 2, and hence he wants to forget all the past and focus on the present. And this year he might visit his sister's place to tie Rakhi along with brothers, Bobby Deol and Abhay Deol."
