The reason goes to Karisma's reaction to show's judge, Anurag Basu's question to include Alia's name in the Kapoor family. The incident was the epitome of cuteness overloaded for sure.

During her visit to the show, the actress recalled many beautiful incidents from her memory lane and shared some valuable advice about dance techniques with all the participants. However, the show's best moment was when one of the contestants, Pari Tamang, asked her to reveal the name of the actors her family has given to the industry. The actress named everyone, right from her great grandfather, late Prithviraj Kapoor, to her cousin-brother, Ranbir Kapoor.
The moment she was done naming all the actors from her family, the show's judge, Anurag Basu, asked her about his close friend, Ranbir Kapoor's actress-girlfriend, Alia Bhatt's inclusion in the Kapoor family. The question made everyone laugh, and all eyes were on Karisma's reply, and it was her cute reaction that made the moment a memorable one as the doting cousin-sister smiled and did the zipped-lips gesture, leaving everyone in splits.
