Suryakumar Yadav had made his first-class cricket debut against Delhi during the 2010-11 Ranji season. Soon after, in 2011, he had got a contract from IPL to play for Mumbai Indians. However, after playing back-to-back seasons with MI and his multiple cameos, Suryakumar was picked up by Kolkata Knight Riders in 2013. But after playing there for a year, he was again reassigned by the MI in 2014. Since then, he has been a great asset to the team.
Devisha Shetty was born on November 17, 1993. She belongs to an upper-middle-class South Indian family and lives in Mumbai, Maharashtra. From 2013 to 2015, she had worked in 'The Lighthouse Project' as a volunteer. Devisha is an extremely talented, and trained dancer, which is why, later, she had become a dance coach in Mumbai. Apart from dancing, she has a few hobbies of baking and cooking. Devisha has become a home baker now. She is also an avid animal lover. In 2016, she got married to Indian cricketer, Suryakumar and has been living happily ever after!
In 2012, Suryakumar Yadav and Devisha had met for the first time at their college, R. A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai. And they both had won over by each other's qualities. While Devisha paved her way into Suryakumar's heart with her dance moves, Suryakumar had hit a sixer as he had won her heart. Since college life, the two have been each other's pillar of strength!

Suryakumar and Devisha, after dating for quite a long time, finally had got hitched in a grand wedding ceremony. They had started their forever journey when they had exchanged their rings on May 29, 2016. Devisha is an avid social media user, and to announce the good news, she had shared the pictures from her engagement ceremony on her Instagram handle.
At their engagement ceremony, Devisha had donned a pink-coloured embroidered blouse and had paired it with a yellow-coloured skirt and a dupatta. On the other hand, Suryakumar had worn an ivory-coloured sherwani.

The couple, Suryakumar Yadav and Devisha went on to tie the nuptial knot in the same year in July. They had got married in an intimate wedding ceremony following all the South Indian rituals. For the wedding, Devisha had looked like a perfect South-Indian bride as she had draped a pink-coloured Kanjeevaram. She had paired it with temple golden jewellery, matching earrings, matha patti and kamarbandhan, and had kept her hair in a long braid and had adorned it with gajra.

On the other hand, Suryakumar had worn a white-coloured kurta and had paired it with a white and golden bordered dhoti and safa. They had a beautiful reception party as well where the couple had looked like a dream.
