It was on March 2, 2021, when Kishwer Merchantt and Suyyash Rai had surprised everyone with their ‘good news’. And since then, the duo has been posting adorable glimpses from their pregnancy diaries. Be it the pregnancy craving or mood swings, Kishwer does not miss a chance to update her fans about the most amazing phase of her life and is enjoying every moment of it.

Kishwer Merchantt, who is in her last trimester, had celebrated the beginning of her motherhood journey with her baby shower on June 24, 2021. The gorgeous actress had donned a pink-hued ethnic ensemble. She had styled it with floral pink earrings and a maang teeka. On the other hand, Suyyash had donned a pastel blue-coloured kurta with cream dhoti. She had also donned a unique henna design for her special day.
A few moments back, Suyyash Rai shared a video on his official YouTube channel. The video featured some adorable candid moments from Kishwer’s godh bharai and it was a treat to see the soon-to-be mommy in her happiest phase. Along with the video, the soon-to-be daddy, Suyyash expressed his heartfelt emotions in a beautiful poem.
After her traditional godh bharai ceremony, Kishwer's family had hosted a baby shower bash. The gorgeous mommy-to-be looked pretty in a lavender-coloured gown, with pretty bows on the shoulder. She complemented her look with a floral tiara.
In an interview with Pinkvilla, Suyyash and Kishwer had revealed that their pregnancy had come as a shocker to them. The mommy-to-be had said, "It's amazing, I just can't describe it in words. I mean, after all, it's my first baby! I am super nervous too as it's my first time and I don't really know what to do. But thankfully we have our family, friends who have kids to guide us better. So I am sure it will be sorted."

Suyyash too had expressed his excitement to enter the next phase of his life. Sharing his thoughts on being nervous, he had said, "It's a beautiful feeling, I can't express in words. I mean I am super nervous and tensed too but moreover, it's a fabulous feeling."
Kishwer Merchantt and Suyyash Rai had tied the knot in 2016 and after five years of marital bliss, the couple is all set to embrace parenthood. Since Kishwer conceived at the age of 40, she revealed in an interview with ETimes that her mother once told her to get her eggs frozen. Kishwer had recalled, "Well my mother was after me to have a baby, and just a week before I conceived, told me that I should freeze my eggs."
