Swara Bhasker and Fahad Ahmad are on cloud nine these days, as the couple are enjoying themselves to the fullest with their stunning pre-wedding festivities. For the unversed, Swara and Fahad had opted for a court marriage under Special Marriage Act on January 6, 2023. Later, on March 13, 2023 the couple married according to Swara’s Telugu traditions. And now, the couple is gearing up to tie the knot according to Fahad’s Islamic wedding traditions.
Taking to her handle a few moments back on March 16, 2023, Swara Bhasker posted some stunning snapshots of her fun-filled qawwali night with her groom, Fahad Ahmad. For the event, the lovely couple twinned in shades of blue. The bride, Swara looked drop-dead gorgeous in a navy blue-hued velvet suit that featured stunning golden-hued zari prints. She teamed it with a contrasting olive green-hued silk dupatta featuring bronze and gold-hued lace borders. She completed her look with a messy side ponytail, glam makeup, and traditional jewellery pieces, including maang teeka, passa, nath, chaandbaalis and lots of bangles.

On the other hand, her groom, Fahad complemented his bride and looked dashing in a blue-hued silk kurta that featured stunning white-hued embroidered floral motifs. He teamed his look with a matching pyjama and doshala. Indeed, the couple looked like a match made in heaven.
Along with the pictures, Swara also took to her IG stories and gave a glimpse of some of the other moments captured at the qawwali night. From these, what caught our attention was the lavish spread of food arranged for their pre-wedding festivity. Since, the couple is a true Delhiite, they had arranged for a wide range of Delhi’s culinary specialities. The dawaat, Nosh-E-Jaan arranged by the couple, included everything popular from biryani and kebabs to a delectable range of desserts and paan.

The couple, Swara and Fahad have decided to tie the knot in both Hindu and Muslim traditions, such as they honour both of their regional roots. On March 13, 2023, the couple tied the knot according to traditional Telugu customs, and the glimpses from the same were simply unmissable. Swara looked beautiful in a red and gold-hued silk saree for their wedding. She dressed as a traditional Telugu bride and wore everything from floral gajras to temple jewellery. On the other hand, her groom, Fahad looked dapper in a white kurta teamed with a golden Nehru jacket.
On March 12, 2023, Swara celebrated her mehendi ceremony with her groom, Fahad. For the event, Swara decked up in an orange-hued, heavily embellished sharara set. Flaunting her henna-clad hands, the actress completed her look with a gajra-adorned hair bun, glam makeup and heavy jewellery. On the other hand, Fahad looked stunning in a powder blue-hued kurta teamed with a white-hued jacket.
