In an interview with IANS, Bollywood actress, Taapsee Pannu talked about her boyfriend and badminton player, Mathias Boe and their relationship. The actress also revealed the reason why she doesn't prefer to talk too much about her beau and personal life in her interviews and explained the impact of it on her professional life. She said, "I've not gone out and talked about him (Mathias Boe) because I've noticed that whenever I've spoken about him the headlines become more about him than me, and that overrides my professional life." Going further in her interview, Taapsee revealed that both their families are aware of their relationship since a very long time. She said, "I've been pretty much open. The families know about it as well. I met him during a badminton match. I was a spectator, and he was a player. We ended up chatting on Twitter a bit, and then we met each other." She also stated that her relationship is no sort of burden for her. Taapsee added, "Since then, it's been stable, nice, happy, calm. No baggage, no burden relationship."
At the end of her interview, the Pink actress also recalled some of the childhood memories and how she had loved going to school and learning new things—breaking the stereotypes that all actors are either college dropouts or backbenchers. Taapsee has talked about her passion for studies and said, "I loved going to school. I used to be one of the frontbenchers and genuinely liked studying. I did not have the best attendance in the last few years because I started participating in a lot of extra-curricular activities like dancing and public speaking. It was in the eighth standard that I first set a target and ended up achieving it. I wanted to become the head girl of the school. To top that, I was declared the student of the year at school."
