Saif Ali Khan's stabbing incident has left the nation in shock. The actor, who is known for his versatile roles was attacked with a knife at his residence in the early hours of January 16, 2025. After sustaining some serious wounds in the incident, he was rushed to the nearby Lilavati Hospital. Later, the doctors surprised everyone when they revealed how his 8-year-old son, Taimur Ali Khan, took the actor to hospital. His former nanny, Lalita D'Silva, has recently expressed her shock at the little one's bravery.
When Saif Ali Khan was rushed to the hospital, the news reports suggested that his 23-year-old son, Ibrahim Ali Khan, took him to the hospital. But, later, the doctors confirmed that it was rather his 8-year-old son, Taimur, who accompanied his father to the hospital. Expressing shock at the incident, Taimur's former nanny, Lalita D'Silva, in an interview with India Today Digital, shared that she was shocked to hear about Taimur's bravery and praised his strong mindset. She said:
"Both of them were alone. It really shocked me that little Taimur took his father to hospital. At his age, the child's mindset is so strong, that's unimaginable."
Lalita confirmed that one of her friends works at the Lilavati Hospital who confirmed that Taimur came with his father. As a pediatric nurse, she understands child psychology and finds it difficult to imagine what might have happened that night.
In the same conversation, Lalita was asked whether Saif and Kareena's residence in Bandra was safeguarded with cameras. In reply, the former nanny stated there were cameras in Taimur's room when she cared for him. Consequently, she can't understand from where the intruder entered the residence and by what means. Expressing her surprise, she mentioned:
"How will anybody know that he is entering or he's going to do such things? There are many officers coming and going to work. You've seen the building outside. I don't know how he could have entered. It's really a big surprise to everyone."
Lalita D'Silva shared her views on Saif Ali Khan's video, which showcased the actor walking out of the hospital. She mentioned that he is a lion. She admitted that he is a royal and she admires his strong personality, which she believes is inherited by his son, Taimur. The former nanny also shared that Kareena is a strong-headed and disciplined lady. As a result, those qualities have been developed by Taimur as well.
