Tara Sutaria and Aadar Jain were once the most adorable couples in the industry. Time and again, they were spotted arriving at various events and Bollywood bashes together. In addition, in some viral moments, Tara was also spotted attending the Kapoor's get-togethers. However, if reports are to be believed, they broke up after dating for quite some time. And a few days back, Kartik Aaryan's public appearance with Tara Sutaria also raised many speculations about their dating rumours. Amidst this, Tara opened up about her current relationship status and her parents' reaction to the dating rumours posted about her online.
For the unversed, Tara and Adar had made their relationship official in 2020 after dating for a couple of years. However, now, after dating for quite some years, they have already moved on in their respective lives. In an interview with News18, the Ek Villain Returns actress mentioned that she is now single. This also confirmed her breakup with Aadar. This was also the first time when Tara opened up about the same. Tara said:
“I’m not in a relationship.”

In the same conversation, Tara was asked about her parents' response to her dating rumours. To this, the actress immediately mentioned that her parents are incredibly cool and jokingly revealed that she was linked with multiple people in the same week. Revealing how she and her parents respond to such rumours of her dating co-actors, Tara added:
“No, they don’t bother me. I’ve the coolest parents in the world. When they read all these things about me in the morning, they come to me and we share a nice laugh over a cup of tea. We keep reading about me being paired with X, Y or Z. This has been happening even before my first film released.”
Further, talking more about the online dating rumours, the actress mentioned that she finds it 'damn exciting', and her reaction to them was 'Wow, this is too good!’ Not only that, Tara also wished she was that cool in real life and jokingly said that she was actually with 'all these people in real life'. But she clearly stated that none of these rumours are true. She recalled there was once a week when she was 'paired with three different people' at the row.

On October 21, 2023, Kartik Aaryan was papped with Tara Sutaria while they were exiting a party together. In a few glimpses, Kartik and Tara were seen giving each other a tight hug as they said bid goodbyes. The actor also dropped Tara in her car. As soon as the video was uploaded, netizens flooded the comment section. While some called it a PR stunt for their upcoming movie together, some accused Kartik of playing around with Kriti Sanon and Sara Ali Khan.
