On the other hand, Taylor Swift’s BFF, Selena Gomez, has reportedly shown concern regarding her new romance with the NFL player. The Single Soon singer has been one of the closest friends of Taylor since forever. They have, time and again, helped each other to navigate through challenging times of their lives, hence, it is normal for Selena to react to Taylor’s recent rendezvous with Travis.

According to a report by Page Six, an insider has revealed to the publication that the 31-year-old American singer, Selena is quite concerned regarding her bestie's new relationship with the 34-year-old football player, Travis Kelce. The insider said:
“Selena thinks Taylor going to games and galavanting through New York immediately after just meeting Travis is something that is very unlike her. Historically, Taylor’s always been super private about everything, and now with this [relationship], she’s so open about it that it’s just very odd for Selena.”
For the unversed, Taylor Swift was in a six-year-long relationship with the English actor, Joe Alwyn. The former couple was very private about their relationship. In the six years, they were hardly snapped together. However, the situation is quite the opposite with Taylor’s budding romance with Travis Kelce.
As per the same report, sources have said that Selena has taken notice of how Taylor has been handling her new relationship with the Kansas City Chiefs player, Travis Kelce. However, the Only Murders In The Building actress reportedly found some aspects ‘alarming’. According to sources, Gomez was caught off guard when she saw Swift hanging out with Travis' mother, Donna Kelce, in a public suite shortly after meeting her.

According to sources, the 31-year-old singer found it strange that Taylor was seen holding hands with Travis in public within less than a month of dating. Like any concerned friend, Selena also wants her friend to be careful with what has been happening around her. The same sources claimed that the Rare Beauty founder has declined invitations to attend any Chiefs game because she doesn't want to be part of the media frenzy. However, despite Gomez's opinions, she and Taylor are not in a fight. The insider said:
“Selena just doesn’t want to be part of the media frenzy because it’s really chaotic. It didn’t come from a malicious place, and it’s not that she doesn’t like them together. She’s just concerned about the way it’s being navigated.”
Selena Gomez is not only the one concerned about ‘Traylor’s highly publicised relationship. Travis Kelce’s brother, Jason Kelce has even expressed concerns about his younger brother’s sudden shot to immense fame. In an interview with NBC Sports, Jason said:
“On one hand, I’m happy for my brother that he seems to be in a relationship that he’s excited about [and] that he is genuine about. But there’s another end of it where it’s like, ‘Man, this is a lot.’”
