Ted Lasso has turned out to be one of the most successful shows on Apple TV+. The series has built a big fan base due to the characters, specifically with Jason Sudeikis’ role as a football coach, receiving a positive response from everyone. Three seasons have aired so far since 2020, and it has been a recipient of multiple nominations at the Primetime Emmy Awards. Ever since its premiere, Ted Lasso has also recorded a good score on the website, Rotten Tomatoes.

The second and third seasons of the sports comedy-drama were released in 2021 and 2023. The wait for the fourth season was a little bit long as Apple TV+ took two years to confirm the new installment in 2025. Moreover, the first look images from Ted Lasso Season 4 have created some excitement among the audience. The snaps include a shot of the lead character, 'Ted Lasso,' played by Jason Sudeikis, followed by another where he appears with the new assistant coach. One of the photos also shows 'Ted Lasso' with Hannah Waddingham's 'Rebecca Welton' near a jet.

The ending of Season 3 also shows 'Rebecca' dropping her plans to sell the football team after understanding the value it holds for everyone.

While the details of the characters have not been revealed, they would be portrayed by actors such as Jude Mack, Aisling Sharkey, Grant Feely, Tanya Reynolds, Faye Marsey, Abbie Hern, and Rex Hayes. Among the leads, Jason Sudeikis is undoubtedly returning as 'Ted Lasso.' There is also Hannah Waddingham as 'Rebecca Welton,' alongside Jeremy Swift, Brett Goldstein, Brendan Hunt, and many others reprising their roles.
