The bride, Aslaha Farhath Abdulla, had worn a gorgeous but minimal embellished saree for her D-day and stunned everyone with her subtleness. Aslaha had opted for a 'less is more' outfit for her wedding day and had entrusted on Belleficial Couture by Fazia to create a magnificent look. She had worn a unique soft blush pink-toned saree with a velvet finish and had paired it with a full-sleeved blouse. She had ditched all tam-jham, glitz and fuss of the regular lehengas and went with a more comfortable ensemble.
But what had attracted us towards her couture was the golden detailing on the hemline of her saree. The whole saree had a velvet finish with a golden zari and bead embroidery all over the border as well as on the sleeves of her blouse. She had paired the outfit with a similarly designed dupatta with buti emblem and embroidered edge.

Aslaha had opted for fewer jewellery pieces and had completed her lookbook with a diamond-studded choker, golden and ruby stone studded neckpiece and a ranihar with four-tier chains. Along with it, she had worn a pair of earrings, kundan worked maang teeka and a few gold bangles.
For her makeup, the then bride-to-be had gone with a shimmery one. She had worn shimmery golden eye shadow with blush pink smokey eyes, thick lashes and high-defined brows. She had rounded off her look with tinted and highlighted cheeks and plump pink lips. But what she had outdone in her wedding look was the hairdo. She had opted for a long braid adorned with gajra.

On the other hand, her groom had matched his couture with his bride's outfit and had looked dapper. The groom had donned a blush pink dual -toned bandhgala sherwani suit in an asymmetrical design. He had paired it with coordinated ethnic pants and brown suede shoes. The sherwani had an embroidery on the upper corner. The bride and groom had looked like a match made in heaven.
The couple looked strikingly gorgeous in their wedding ensembles, and we absolutely adored it. This bride had worn a unique coloured saree and had created a new trend. Sometimes you need to make your own trend! What do you think?
