The evergreen actress, Madhuri Dixit is receiving a lot of applause and plaudits for her impressive performance in the drama series, The Fame Game. The actress has rightly proved that even after so many years, she still knows how to leave her audience stunned. Back in the 90s, Madhuri was the leading name of the Indian film industry. With so many mega-blockbusters to her name, she was at the top of her acting career when she decided to leave it to marry the love of her life, Dr Shriram Nene. Now, in her recent chat with producer, Karan Johar, she opened up about her husband's reaction to her massive fanbase in India.
For the unversed, it was on October 17, 1999, when Madhuri Dixit and Dr Shriram Nene had tied the knot with each other and had begun their happily ever after. The lovebirds are proud parents to two adorable kids, Arin Nene and Ryan Nene.

In a candid conversation with Karan Johar, Madhuri Dixit opened up about her husband, Dr Shriram Nene and recalled how he had dealt with her massive stardom in the 90s. At that time, she had met Dr Shriram Nene, and the two had fallen in love with each other. However, Madhuri revealed that when she had met Shriram for the first time at her brother's party, they had hit off instantly. She also added that because Shriram was completely unaware of her stardom in India, he had known her as a person first, which was quite refreshing for her and the foundation of their beautiful relationship. She explained:
"We met very casually at my brother's house. He had a party and he was a party guest. We met and started talking, we spoke about everything else. It was so refreshing to meet someone who had nothing in his mind about me. We hit it off. I felt that he knows me as a person first and then he got introduced to me as an actress."
A few weeks back, we had stumbled upon a video on Instagram from Madhuri Dixit's husband, Dr Shriram Nene's birthday celebrations, and it was pure bliss to the eyes. As in the video, the madly in love couple can be seen grooving to the song, Tamma Tamma, and had left everyone at their party completely stunned.
Moreover, in the video, Dr Shriram Nene could be seen giving some serious competition to his wife, Madhuri Dixit, as his smooth dancing moves were a delight to watch. Both Shriram and Madhuri had looked stunning, while on one side, Madhuri could be seen donning a black overcoat atop a dress of the same colour. On the other side, Shriram had looked handsome in a black shirt, blue denim, and a cool leather jacket.

On February 12, 2022, Madhuri Dixit had taken to her IG handle and had dropped a video to wish her husband, Dr Shriram Nene, on his birthday. The lovely video was filled with some of their most memorable pictures. From Shriram and Madhuri's unseen wedding picture to their lovey-dovey photos from their vacations, the birthday wish video was a compilation of their happy married life. Along with the video, Madhuri had penned a lovely note in the caption for her husband, and it could be read as:
"My husband, my friend, my confidant, my heart & the best father in the world, Happy Birthday #Birthday #Husband."
On the professional front, Madhuri Dixit will be next seen in Netflix's drama series titled, Finding Anamika.
