'The Family Man 3' Star Manoj Bajpayee Says Can't Communicate With Gen Z, Calls Them, 'Aalsi Log..'

Manoj Bajpayee is back in the shoes of 'Srikant Tiwari' in The Family Man Season 3. The actor is shown to be a middle-class man who is somehow balancing family life with his high-end intelligence job. Well, fans are excited to see 'Srikant Tiwari' back, but do you know that in reality, the actor is not able actually to communicate with Gen Z, and the issue is real, especially for the actor.

Manoj Bajpayee shares of facing issues in talking with the Gen Z and calls them lazy

Manoj Bajpayee, for a while, has been on a promotional spree for The Family Man Season 3. He had earlier shown his fans glimpses of doing dangerous missions, conspiracies, and also being a 'Pookie' dad. Now, in an interview with Yuva, he shared about facing issues talking with Gen Z. He asked the host the meaning of terms such as 'Pookie', 'Ssup', but could not answer the meaning of the word 'Rizz'. Calling, Gen Z as a lazy lot, Manoj shared:

"Gen Z ke saath mera communication esliye establish nai hoh paraha unke slang samaj nai aare mujhe. Abhi kia na ek video banaya Pookie ka usme koi ribbon laga dia. What does it mean? What is Pookie?  Ssup kya hota hai. Basically lazy log hai joh pura sentence nai bolte hai. Rizz matlab zing usme X factor ho. He's got quite a rizz. Nihayati aalsi logg, bade lazy logg hai."

Netizens bursted out laughing seeing that Manoj Bajpayee was unable to understand Gen Z. Finding his slang as cool, a fan wrote, "Nihayiti alsi, I am gonna use it on my brother as well." An offended Gen Z commented, " I am also a Gen Z mujhe abhi abhi pata chal in sabka matlab." A user told the actor, "They are not C programming generation, they're ChatGPT generation. Just like teleprompter politicians, they are prompt engineers."

Manoj Bajpayee was earlier seen turning into a cute 'Pookie dad' as he showed the life of 'Srikant Tiwari' at home. He was seen struggling to grasp the Gen Z lingo. The video started with his on-screen daughter, 'Dhriti' (Ashlesha Thakur), and 'Atharv' (Vedant Sinha) giving him a script and telling him to narrate the lines as he was told to do. Manoj started by saying:

"Isme mei papa kum Pari zyada lag raha hu yaar."

Manoj first said in the video, "Hello cookies, soup", until his kids corrected him and said it is 'pookies' and 'sup', not 'soup'. The actor then said, "Hello Pookies. Your favourite sigma is here to tell you that the trailer of The Family Man Season 3 has just dropped, and it's lauki fire we cooked frrr." As the video ended, Manoj was seen getting a call and using a curse word. He shared that he was reporting to work and did not have a rocket stuck behind him. He then shared how it will be a binge-worthy watch till 3 am. Manoj then came into his real element as 'Srikant Tiwari' and said:

"Kya ajeeb bhasha hai tum Gen Z ki. Main seedhi seedhi baat kar raha hu yaar. Dekho bhai log. Family Man Season 3 aa raha hai 21st Novemeber ko. Aap issei dekhna mat bhuliye ga. Theek hai."
