Begum Kareena and Nawab Saif blessed with a baby boy early morning on December 20, 2016. The baby was born at South Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital. All Saifeena (as their fans fondly call them) fans were so happy to get the first ever glimpse of the chotu nawab and that too so soon.

Moreover, according to Hindustan Times, the person who has photoshopped the picture has left it grainy so that the sign of it being photoshopped remains unclear.
