As much as we love and take major inspirations from the Ambani family, a few days back, we came across an unseen throwback picture of Mukesh Ambani’s clan, when their three chiraag, Akash Ambani, Isha Ambani and Anant Ambani were all teenagers! The picture had Kokilaben Ambani, Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, along with their three teenage kids, all smiles for the camera as they posed together. While the three ladies decked themselves in traditional wears, the three men of Mukesh Ambani’s household had sported tuxedos.
Shloka Mehta and Isha Ambani Piramal have known each other for the longest of time and their camaraderie is quite evident in their public appearances. An unseen picture of the beautiful bride, Isha had emerged from her wedding, where the beauty was seen walking towards her wedding mandap. The newbie bride had walked with her brothers, Akash and Anant by their side, who were holding a phoolon ki chadar above her head. What was further beautiful was that both of her bhabhi, Shloka and Radhika holding Isha's hands, as she had marked her entry. In an interview with the Vogue magazine, Isha Ambani Piramal was all praises about her twin brother, Akash Ambani and then soon-to-be sister-in-law, Shloka Mehta. Isha had shared, "Akash has the largest heart ever. He changed his wedding dates for me. He got engaged to Shloka before Anand and me, but he was like, “I'll get married afterwards, you take my wedding dates.” He's like one of the most—I don't think there's a word for it in English—“dayalu” humans in this world. He's empathetic, gracious and gentle, just like Shloka."
Talking about the camaraderie she shares with Shloka Mehta, Isha Ambani Piramal had revealed in the same interview, “Welcome to the family. But the truth is that Shloka has been a part of our family since as far as I can remember. Diya (Shloka's sister) and I were in school together, and Diya is the first best friend I ever had. And, by relation, Shloka has also been my best friend since...I don't know, I can't even remember a time in my life when I didn't know Shloka. So in many ways, this is the officialising the fact that we were sisters; born to different mothers. And I am just so happy that I finally get to call her my real sister. And, our family feels complete in a way that it never did before. So, welcome to the family."
Isha Ambani had penned a heartfelt welcome speech for her bhai-bhabhi, Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta, that had touched everyone’s heart. Welcoming her into the family, Isha had written, "Today is all about 'hearts'. The theme is 'hearts', Shloka is a 'heart', Akash is a 'heart'; it's about the greeting of hearts, the meeting of hearts, and the celebration of hearts. And Anant and I are all hearts for Shloka and Akash. I don't think our hearts could burst anymore with love and affection than it is today.
