Tiger Woods' Former Employee Calls Golfer 'Terrible Driver' Amid DUI Arrest, Says, 'What He Does...'

Golf legend, Tiger Woods is once again at the center of a major controversy. For those who do not know, Tiger Woods met with a rollover car crash on March 27, 2026, and later, authorities confirmed that he has been arrested for driving under the influence. Even though he was released from Martin County jail a few hours ago, his former employee has now come forward and opened up about the incident and slammed Tiger Woods' driving skills.

Recently, a former employee of the golf legend, Tiger Woods had a conversation with the Daily Mail, during which he spoke about the driving skills of Tiger Woods. He also opened up about the recent rollover car crash and Tiger’s DUI arrest. It is worth mentioning that the employee preferred to keep his identity a secret. According to the Daily Mail, he was quoted as saying:

"The guy is a terrible driver…he drives like a bat out of hell very often on a road where lawn services are parked with heavy equipment. I’ve been with him in the car going 55 or 60 mph, driving past cops who don’t seem to care."

Why did Tiger Woods refuse the lawful urine test?

During the same conversation, the anonymous source shared that Tiger Woods would not agree to any such test because ‘this is not what he does’. Further, when the source was asked about the possible reason behind refusing the urine test, he explained that it might be because of the medications that he has been taking for years to treat his injuries. The source shared:

"I know the guy, that’s just not what he does. He has been on tons of pain medication for years."

It all began on March 27, 2026, when Tiger Woods crashed his car. According to authorities, Tiger Woods was driving a Land Rover and when he reached a pressure-cleaning truck, he tried to overtake it. However, it did not turn out well for him as his car clipped to the truck, leading to a rollover accident. If reports are to be believed, the golf legend was alone in the car and he managed to crawl out. 

Within a few moments, the authorities had reached the place and noticed that Tiger Woods appeared to be very 'lethargic', suggesting suspicion of driving under the influence. Earlier, reports claimed that Tiger Woods did not consume any alcohol. An official statement shared by the authorities was:

"Mr. Woods did not appear to be injured at all, and the other individual was not injured. He was lethargic on scene because of what he was intoxicated on. He did exhibit signs of impairment. The police were not suspicious of alcohol being involved in this case, and that proved to be true at the jail."
