Once you have the list in hand, divide the chores between the two of you. You can do it mutually by picking out the duties that you like or would not mind doing.

Only getting the help is not sufficient. You have to be present to supervise the work you want and monitor it too. So, supervision of different chores being done by the domestic help should also be divided, that is, who will take care of what.
