Savannah Guthrie's mom, Nancy Guthrie, has been missing for a long time now. She was last spotted on January 31, 2026, and following this, the family launched a search mission, which is still ongoing. More than 100 people and the FBI are probing every angle to find Nancy Guthrie, who has been abducted or kidnapped. The family received two ransom notes, demanding millions of dollars in Bitcoin.

Well, the investigation is on, and recently, upon receiving the second message from the alleged abductor, Nancy Guthrie's kids, Camron, Annie, and Savannah released a statement, wherein they agreed to pay the abductor but stated that their mom should return home safely.

Earlier, it was journalist Ashleigh Banfield who cited an unnamed law enforcement source on her program, wherein Annie Guthrie's husband, Tommaso Cioni, was tagged as a prime suspect in the case. Soon after the same, authorities said that there was no prime suspect for that matter. While the report instantly shifted all the attention to Tommaso Cioni, it was mentioned that he was the one to get the first ransom text that demanded millions of dollars in Bitcoin in exchange for Nancy Guthrie's return.

Now, several clips have been shared on social media, wherein it was claimed that deputies have reached Annie Guthrie and her husband, Tommaso Cioni, at their Tucson home. As per the video, which was shared, there have been several flashes around, and the user also revealed that Annie and Tommaso were not at their home. Users on social media revealed that the investigation went on for more than three hours. It's worth mentioning that it was yesterday when the roadway in front of Nancy Guthrie's home was restricted as further investigation was going on after authorities found traces of Nancy's blood on the front door of her home.

It cannot be confirmed where Tommaso is right now amid the investigation, and the other claims of the social media users are yet to be confirmed officially. Annie Guthrie is a famous author who married a teaching professional, Tommasco Cioni, in 2006. Tommasco, reportedly an educator, has taught science and biology in local schools, along with being associated with creative pursuits, including poetry, music, and wildlife study.

It was mentioned by the journalist Ashleigh Banfield that while Tommasco 'may be' a person of interest in the case of Nancy's disappearance, as he was the last person to see the author, it cannot be confirmed that he was guilty, given the fact that it often happens that in the initial stage of a search mission, the family members are investigated, but it is mostly due to queries.
