Tomorrowland is a large-scale annual electronic dance music festival. It is held in Boom, Antwerp, Belgium and takes place within the De Schorre provincial recreational park. The first event was held in 2005, and since then, it has become one of the biggest and well-known music festivals globally. However, in an unfortunate turn of events, the main stage of the EDM festival caught fire, which might result in the event being cancelled. Amidst that, let's take a look at how much fans had spent on festival tickets and accommodations.
Tomorrowland has undergone several modifications since its introduction in 2005. Two decades later, over 400,000 people visit the festival every year to hear their favourite artists play. The event is usually held on weekends in July, towards the end of the month. The three-day festival has been expanded over the last few years, now organised in two sets of three-day events, reflecting the rise in EDM fans and their growing love for music. Regarding the event ticket, two packages are available for purchase.
The first package includes a regular pass for the entire three-day event and costs around 304 euros (Rs. 30,305.15), whereas the single-day pass can cost approx 143 euros (Rs. 14,255.38). However, that is not all. Fans can register for the Full Madness Comfort Pass, which comes at a stellar price of 530 euros (Rs. 52,834.64). This pass will grant them access to all three days of the event, as well as access to all comfort areas for the entire weekend. On the other hand, a day comfort pass will cost 250 euros (approximately Rs. 24,929.50) for access to one day, along with all comfort areas.
Tomorrowland also offers a series of packages which include a combination of passes and accommodations. This includes a stay at Tomorrowland's on-campus accommodations, including Magnificent Greens, Camp2Camp, Friendship Garden, Easy Tend and Montagoe. Magnificent Greens offers three packages that allow you to pick your own spot and pitch a tent. However, one needs to bring their own camping gear or can opt for one from the Camp2Camo Tend Package add-on.
The Magnificent Green Dream Pass includes access to the event and a designated spot to pitch a tent, which costs approximately 452 euros (Rs. 45,077.06) and ranges from 758 euros (Rs. 75,599.13) for a single person. For two people, this package costs between 1,121 euros and 1,683 euros (approximately Rs. 1,11,802.94 to Rs. 1,67,854.01). Regarding the Camp2Camp Package, the pass is available for two people and ranges between 1,152 euros and 1,714 euros, which approximately translates to Rs. 1,14,894.72 to Rs. 1,70,945.79.
