Triptii Dimri rose to the ‘national crush’ status, after she swooned millions of audiences with her dreamy looks and terrific acting chops in the film, Animal. Needless to say that the actress received humongous success and incomparable fame after her stint in the film. Ever since, Triptii has been riding high on success, as she has been roped into a number of A-listed and highly promising films. For the unversed, it was with her film, Bulbbul that she gained breakthrough recognition. And now, it seems the diva has finally unlocked another new achievement.
As per a new report by the Hindustan Times, Triptii Dimri recently made a spectacular investment and procured, under her name, a lavish bungalow in the bustling hubbub spot of Mumbai. Located in the prime area of Carter Road, Bandra West, the bungalow is spread over a land area of 2226 square feet and consists of a combined space of the ground floor and two other consecutive floors. According to another report by Indextap, Triptii purchased this new home for worth Rs. 14 crore, and she paid an additional stamp duty of Rs. 70 lakhs, along with Rs. 30,000 as registration charges. The deal was officiated on June 3, 2024.

Triptii Dimri received overwhelming love and appreciation for her performance in Animal. More than her on-screen charisma, the actress also garnered attention for her intimate scenes with her co-actor, Ranbir Kapoor in the film, which received mixed responses from the audience. Earlier, during a conversation with Vogue India, the actress opened up about how her parents reacted to her bold scenes in the film. Explaining how they were simply rattled, Triptii said:
“My parents were completely rattled when they saw it. We had to have a long discussion on why that scene was crucial. My parents got a little taken aback. They said) we have never seen something like this in films and you have done it. It took them time to get over that scene. They were very sweet to me though. They were like, you shouldn’t have done that but it’s okay. As parents, we will obviously feel this.”
In another earlier interaction with News18, Triptii Dimri bared her heart out and expressed her true feelings on getting such overarching success and recognition due to her film, Animal. The actress remarked how she never expected that her character of ‘Zoya’ with a considerably short screen-time would fetch so much love from audience. In her words:
“I was very nervous on the first day. I knew the film would do well, but I wasn't expecting this kind of a response for Zoya. I thought, ‘It's a small role, and it will come and go.' But I wasn't expecting to receive so much love or even be noticed. I haven't been able to sleep.”
