In an interview with The Times Of India, Mohena Kumari Singh had talked about her life post-marriage and had stated, "It’s so refreshing to let new things happen. I am dressing up, eating a lot of food and doing pujas. The food in my new home in Dehradun is just amazing. My in-laws eat good homemade spicy food. And I have been eating a lot spicier and yummier food at my new abode, meeting new family members, relatives and friends. It’s like a break for me and it just feels so good."
A girl’s life changes after her marriage and she adapts the changes very gracefully. Mohena Kumari Singh’s life has also changed completely post her wedding. Princess of Rewa, in the same interview, had elaborated, “My life has changed a lot and so has my lifestyle. Every morning, I start my day by getting ready, dressing up like a new bride, applying sindoor and wearing bangles. I have always dreamt of doing these things. And the funny part is, I had already learnt a lot about this while doing Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. I got lessons on the set itself where I would dress up in ethnic outfits for the show. It’s like creating a magical world out of reality!"
Mohena has decided to leave the glamour world and settle with her in-laws at her hubby, Suyesh Rawat’s hometown in Dehradun. In an interview with The Times of India, she had talked about her decision and had said, "I am never gonna miss dancing as I am not going to leave dancing. Everyone is asking me how are you leaving everything and going. Let me tell you people mistake experiences to be things. Experiences are those things that you cherish for life and you take with you wherever you go. So, my dancing, acting and everything are experiences that are packed in a bundle within myself. I am going to take it with myself wherever I go." (Must Read: Shaheen Bhatt Shares A Funny Picture With Rumoured Boyfriend, Rohan Joshi)
