Bollywood's one of the most awaited weddings of Ranbir and Alia is over, but we are still hungover on their gorgeous pictures and videos from their wedding and pre-wedding ceremonies. What all started with a mere crush ended up being each other's love, fate and forever! Alia and Ranbir had an intimate wedding ceremony in the presence of Kapoors and Bhatts, along with their close friends, Karan Johar, Ayan Mukerji and others.
On April 14, 2022, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor had tied the knot and had shared some pictures from their wedding ceremony to announce their wedding news to the world. Sharing a few photos, Alia had penned a heartmelting note with it that could be read as:
"Today, surrounded by our family and friends, at home … in our favourite spot - the balcony we've spent the last 5 years of our relationship - we got married. With so much already behind us, we can't wait to build more memories together … memories that are full of love, laughter, comfortable silences, movie nights, silly fights, wine delights and Chinese bites. Thank you for all the love and light during this very momentous time in our lives. It has made this moment all the more special. Love, Alia and Ranbir."

On April 17, 2022, Ranbir Kapoor's brother-in-law, Bharat Sahni took to his Instagram handle and shared a few unseen pictures from Ranbir and Alia's wedding and mehendi ceremony. In the photos, Alia and Ranbir can be seen enjoying each other's company, exuding love for each other. In one of the photos, Alia and Ranbir can be seen getting lost in each other while kissing after cutting their wedding cake. While in another photo, Ranbir Kapoor can be seen going down on one knee as he was dancing with his then to-be-bride, Alia Bhatt at their mehendi/sangeet ceremony. Alia Bhatt had looked gorgeous at her wedding as she had kept it simple as ever in an ivory-coloured Sabyasachi lehenga choli. She had paired it with a broad choker piece with diamond and pearl drops along with matching earrings, a matha patti, and dainty customised clouds, stars and infinity designed kaleeras. She had kept her look as a no-makeup makeup look and had completed it with a bindi. She exuded royal vibes.

Alia Bhatt's wedding ceremonies had kickstarted with mehendi and sangeet. And, for mehendi/sangeet day, she had chosen a gorgeous vibrant pink-coloured lehenga choli from the shelves of Manish Malhotra's collection and had completed it with polki jewellery, including a neckpiece, earrings and a maang teeka.
The dulhe raja, Ranbir Kapoor had complemented his bride, Alia Bhatt at every step. He had looked absolutely stunning in an ivory-coloured sherwani suit which he had paired with a safa, a doshala, a pagdi, diamond buttons and a pearl-layered neckpiece. While on his mehendi/sangeet day, he had kept his look breezy in a pink-coloured kurta-pyjama and had twinned with his bride, Alia Bhatt.
