Uorfi Javed Shares Dhanashree Reaching To Her, Sailing 'Difficult Times' Amid Divorce With Yuzvendra

Dhanashree Verma has been under the eyes of public scrutiny ever since reports started doing rounds that she and her cricketer husband, Yuzvendra Chahal would be separating. Matters almost got confirmed when their respective lawyers revealed that the matter was under subjudice. Now, internet sensation star, Uorfi Javed revealed that the dentist-turned-choreographer had reached out to her and thanked her for showing support.

Uorfi Javed shares Dhanashree told her that she was going through a tough time in life

Dhanashree has been trolled left, right, and centre and has received hate from social media amid the news of her divorce with Yuzi. Now, Uorfi, in a recent podcast by the Humans Of Bombay, shared that women were made villains when a controversy around male athletes is involved. The host, Karishma Mehta, shared how Yuzi and Dhanashree were backlashed on social media and how Dhanashree's social media was filled with bad comments. Uorfi spoke about interacting with Dhanashree and said:

"I had posted a story in support of her, because I thought she was being treated very unfairly. She reached out to me and thanked me for the support as she was going through a very difficult time."

Uorfi, originally in her post, had shared that every time a cricketer breaks up or gets divorced, the woman is bashed left, right, and centre just because, in everyone's head, the cricketer is the hero. Uorfi, who is known for her bizarre fashion statements, shared it was not correct for anyone to judge a woman when the entire part of the breakup story is not known. She spoke about Hardik Pandya's divorce too and stated the fault was not always in women. A part of her post also read:

"None of us have any idea what happened between the two or even during Natasha and Hardik’s case but of course it’s the woman who is at fault. Oh and don’t forget the time when Anushka was blamed for Virat’s bad performances. Remember? So it’s always the woman who is to be blamed for the man’s action? These are grown men with fully functioning brains who know what they are doing.”

It is said that in 2022, there were rumours that Dhanashree and Chahal were heading for a separation. This was because she had shared a snap with a caption that read, "A princess will always turn her pain into power." Dhanashree had also removed Yuzi's surname from her full name on Instagram. It left everyone curious if something was wrong between the duo. Yuzi had done all the chasing of proposing to Dhanashree, who had taught him dance in the COVID-19-induced national lockdown. Yuzi had then even shared a post to convince his fans not to fall prey to any kind of rumours about his and Dhanashree's marital life being in trouble. The pair has not yet released any official statement about their divorce.
