We all know that life is not a bed of roses. It comes with its own ups and downs, positives and negatives. While the things may have been going well for a lot of our celebrities, but not everything is hunky dory in everybody’s life right now.

Upasana Singh, fondly known as the desperate, broken-English-speaking bua of Comedy Nights With Kapil might be doing really well for herself on the professional front, but it seems that her personal life is going through a rocky phase these days.
Not many people know that Upasana Singh is married to TV actor Neeraj Bhardwaj, whom we recognise as Chirag Modi from Star Plus’ hit show Saath Nibhana Saathiya. The couple got married in November 2009. But, it looks like their marriage has gone kaput as they have been living separately for the past four years.

A report in a leading daily suggested that it was only a matter of some paperwork, before the duo parts ways legally. A source close to the couple told the daily:

They were on talking terms even while staying separately, but there has been no communication since nine months. Though they tried to make the marriage work, the differences were irrevocable. Their relationship has been marred by compatibility issues and different expectations from each other. Upasana didn't even invite Neeraj to her birthday party recently.
Well, looking at her ever-smiling face, and the fun with which she acts, one could never guess that things were so bad in her own personal life. But, that is the quality of a true actor, we suppose.

When contacted, Neeraj had something very sensible to say about this decision. Take a look:
We weren't on the same page and I couldn't meet her expectations. We decided to part ways amicably. Upasana doesn't need me and I shouldn't hold her back.
Many people will doubt that since Neeraj is a much less popular actor than Upasana, their ego clash might have proved to be the culprit in ending their marriage. But, Neeraj completely refuted this by saying:
We have worked together on numerous occasions. She is my senior, but her popularity or our professional lives have never posed a threat to our marriage. There are no ego clashes on that front... We are not made for each other.

Well, that is very sad. But two people who feel they are not right for each other should not stay together, is what we believe. Don’t you agree?
Upasana was also approached for comment on the same, but she refused to comment about it saying:
It's a personal matter and I don't appreciate media intruding in that space. I wouldn't want anything on my personal life making its way into the public domain.
While the actress is going through a rough phase in personal front, the latest development at the professional front has brought some relief to the lady. The lady, who had left The Kapil Sharma Show sometime back, is now going to be seen in the same again. Well, this comes as a very good news for both Upasna Singh and Kapil Sharma's fans, especially after a lot of latter's co-stars have left the show post an ugly spat with him.
