Urvashi Rautela and Rishabh Pant’s ugly relationship often makes headlines. It all began when the actress had, in an interview, given saucy remarks about a cricketer with the initials RP, who would wait to meet her in the hotel lobby. Thereafter, while the duo has always kept mum about the nature of their relationship, they often indirectly hint at each other.
Taking to her IG handle on May 13, 2023, Urvashi Rautela uploaded a video wherein a fan of cricketer, Rishabh Pant can be seen shouting her name during an ongoing IPL match to distract the player from his game. The fan showed support for Rishabh while at the same time threatened that he would not spare Urvashi, thereby taking a dig at the duo’s link-up rumours. Moreover, the fan mispronounced Urvashi’s last name from Rautela to Ratola. Such a move hurt the actress, and she slammed the video owner to stop misusing her name. In her words:

Talented cricketer, Rishabh Pant had a major road accident in January 2023, as he drove to his Delhi home to surprise his mom. Unfortunately, fate struck him, and he met with a terrible accident, which thereafter led him to be airlifted back to Mumbai for treatment and he then had to wait for a long recovery process. Ever since the news of the mishap, his entire fandom had prayed for his quick recovery. However, amidst them, it was his alleged girlfriend, Urvashi Rautela, who also seemed to be praying for the same. Proof of the same was found when, during an airport visitation, the actress, on being asked by the paparazzi, called Rishabh the pride of the nation and revealed that she had been praying. Well, this has not been the first time that the fans have attacked Urvashi for her alleged relationship with Rishabh Pant, bringing misfortune to the player. For instance, on April 6, 2023, a picture of a fan holding up a placard that read, “Thank God Urvashi is not here” became viral on social media. It was a direct jibe at the actress for her link-up with the cricketer. However, Urvashi seemed to notice it and re-shared the same on her social media handle. Along with it, she reacted angrily with the caption:

Right after Rishabh Pant was admitted to the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai post his accident, Urvashi Rautela had shared a snap of the hospital’s picture as she drove past it. While it was unsure if she visited the ailing cricketer admitted there, it seems that the fans made up an altogether different story out of it. Well, they simply mocked Urvashi’s actions as something that would cause mental harassment to Rishabh.
