As per several reports, Urvashi Rautela is slated to present Parveen Babi's biopic at The 76th Cannes Film Festival. Urvashi will participate in a photocall launch event where she will have a chance to portray the former's role. According to reports, the biography will be a tribute to Parveen Babi, who dominated the Indian cinema in the 1970s and 1980s. Confirming the same news, ahead of jetting off to France to join Cannes 2023, Urvashi Rautela shared:
"Yes, you’ve heard right. I’ve officially signed and will be leading Parveen Babi biopic as an actress. I’m truly grateful to the Cannes film festival as it is one of the most prestigious film festival in the world and significant career milestone.”
