India's 14-year-old cricketer, Vaibhav Suryavanshi, created history by being the youngest batter to score a fifty in T20s. The left-handed batter set the world record in the Indian Premier League 2025, as he was playing for Rajasthan Royals against Gujarat Titans at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. It is worth mentioning that he also broke the record for the youngest batter to hit a fifty in the IPL. Vaibhav Suryavanshi's father, Sanjiv Suryavanshi sold off his farmland four years ago to fund his son's dream of becoming a cricketer. His efforts paid off last year when IPL team, Rajasthan Royals picked him and he became the youngest cricketer. In an interview with the PTI, Sanjiv revealed that he is not just his son, but he is the son of the entire Bihar. He said:

"Woh ab sirf humra bituwa nahi pura Bihar ka bituwa hai."
