'Agnisakshi' Fame, Vaishnavi Gowda Got Engaged To Boyfriend, Anukool Mishra In An Intimate Ceremony

Vaishnavi Gowda is a television and film actress who has predominantly worked in the Kannada entertainment industry. The actress rose to fame with her stint in the 2013 TV serial, Agnisakhi. She has recently been seen in Seetha Rama. While the actress left a mark on her fans' hearts, they were delighted to know that someone had made room in the actress' life as well. 

Vaishnavi Gowda gets engaged to Anukool Mishra

Vaishnavi Gowda left her fans delighted and surprised as she shared pictures from her engagement ceremony on her social media. The actress took to her Instagram handle on the morning of April 15, 2025, and posted a series of pictures from her engagement. According to the placard in the pictures, the groom's name is Anukool Mishra. The duo got engaged on April 14, 2025, in an intimate ceremony in Bengaluru. According to reports, Anukool is a businessman from a very wealthy family. The reports also claim that, unlike the actress, he is from the north of India.

For her engagement ceremony, Vaishnavi Gowda chose a heavily embroidered cream and gold lehenga. The beautiful attire featured an intricately embellished blouse with sequin, beadwork and delicate zari. The blouse had half-sleeves with tassel detailing at the hem. The lehenga skirt, on the other hand, featured intricate embroidery with vertical panels that added flare and structure to the skirt. She paired the look with a sheer dupatta and an embroidered border.

Vaishnavi further added a statement choker necklace with green drop stones. She completed her look with matching earrings, a maang teeka, a statement kada and a small bindi. The actress ditched the traditional updo and opted for a loose, messy braid for the day; she completed her hairstyle with floral accessories. For her glam, Vaishnavi opted for well defined brows, smokey bronze eyes, a nude lip, keeping her makeup dewy, which enhanced her bridal glow.

Anukool Mishra, on the other hand, looked handsome in an ivory sherwani with intricate embroidery throughout. The rich fabric gave the groom a regal look. The sherwani featured golden button detailing. He paired the look with a pair of straight white pants, a pair of brown jooti, and a watch. The well-groomed hair and clean-shaven look added stars to his ensemble together.

Vaishnavi Gowda was born on February 20, 1995. She is the best friend of Kannada actress, Amulya. The actress completed her undergraduate degree from Mount Carmel College, Jayanagar. She is a trained Bharatanatyam, Kuchupudi and Belly dancer. She has been in the television industry for over a decade. Vaishnavi did her first show, Devi, at the young age of 16 in 2011, in which she played the titular role. However, it was her 2013 show, Agnishakshi, that made her a prominent name in the industry. She later also participated in Bigg Boss Kannada Season 8.
