After many rumours and speculations, Bollywood’s handsome hunk, Varun Dhawan had gotten married to his ladylove, Natasha Dalal on January 24, 2021, at Alibaug. After years of dating Natasha, when Varun took the wedding vows with her, his fans could hide their excitement. After waiting for the whole day outside the wedding venue to get one glimpse of the couple, paps went frenzy when the newly-wed greeted them straight after their wedding and posed for pictures. Talking about their wedding attire, then the lovely couple had ditched all the conventional colours and had looked stunning in their ivory-coloured outfits. The star wife, who is a designer herself, had donned an ivory-coloured lehenga with matching diamond jewellery. She had completed her look with subtle makeup and semi tied hair with flowers. Varun had twinned with his bride and had opted for an ivory-coloured sherwani with a silver-blue stole.
Ever since the wedding, Varun has been sharing glimpses of the pre-wedding functions. And now, actress, Zoa Morani took to her IG story and shared a lovely collage of Varun and Natasha’s sangeet. In the picture, Natasha looked beautiful in a pink lehenga with her hair left open whereas, Varun looked dapper in a black suit. The couple posed with their squad, dressed in formals while Varun can be seen lovingly holding Natasha. Sharing the lovely collage, Zoa wrote, “Shaadi ka Mausam” atop it.
On January 25, 2021, Varun had taken to his Instagram handle to share pictures from his whimsical mehendi ceremony. In the pictures, we could see Varun donning a printed beige sherwani and kissing Natasha. On the other hand, Natasha had kept her mehendi look subtle. She had set a new trend by donning a white lehenga with a choker neckpiece, matching jhumkas and a maang teeka. Straight after the intimate wedding, Varun had shared the first pictures on his IG handle, and we couldn’t stop drooling over them. Sharing two pictures from the much-awaited moment of his life and introducing Natasha as his wife, Varun had written, “Life long love just became official."
After sharing his wedding pictures, on January 25, 2021, Varun had shared pictures from his haldi ceremony. In the first picture, we could see Varun drenched in haldi as he had posed wearing reflectors, flaunting his biceps, giving superhero vibes. In the second picture, we could see Varun’s family and friends posing with him, twinning in white t-shirts, with yellow print over it. However, the interesting twist to their t-shirts was that every t-shirt had Varun Dhawan’s film’s characters’ names written over it. From ‘Team Raghu’ to ‘Team Seenu’, everyone had a different character name written on their t-shirt, like they were celebrating his professional success along with his personal victory. Sharing the pictures, Varun had written, “HALDI done right.”
In an interview with the Filmfare magazine, Varun had talked about Natasha's influence in his life and had revealed how she had helped him decide and do some serious films as well as compared to the witty ones. He had said, “Actually, I decided to do a film like Badlapur or October because of her. It's because of her and some of our friends that I do slightly different films. They like such kind of cinema. What's special about our relationship is that I have someone, who isn't with me just because I'm an actor. It's amazing to have someone like that in your life. We bond over each other and that's the main thing. We've known each other for too long, so the connection is deep. It's like a family. It's always been so."
