While speculations and conjectures regarding celeb weddings keep hovering over the media mills, ever since such famous actresses and actors have tied the knot in recent past, the anxiety has peaked to another level. One amongst other celebs who are under the constant scanner is Student of the Year actor, Varun Dhawan and his long-time ladylove, Natasha Dalal.
Ever since Varun committed to being in relationship with Natasha, their wedding rumours have been knocking the doors. Lately, reports regarding Varun and Natasha’s wedding suggested that they will tie the knot in December 2019 in a destination wedding in Goa. The report has also suggested that only Varun and Natasha’s closest buddies will be invited to the wedding. Nonetheless, the couple and family will host a grand reception party in Mumbai. The report could be read as, "The Dhawans are planning a big wedding towards the year-end. Varun and Natasha and the families have decided on a December date for the big day. In all probabilities, it will be a destination marriage. As of now, they are looking at getting the entire contingent to Goa for a beach wedding." The report had further claimed, "Only their closest buddies from the film fraternity will be invited for the Goan shaadi and the lovebirds plan to throw a lavish reception party back in Mumbai for everyone."
Now, as per a SpotboyE report, Varun and Natasha will get married in a destination wedding, not at the beach but royally amidst the backdrop of the cultural heritage of Jodhpur. To decide the final venue, Dhawans and Dalals are in talks and will soon zeroed down on the best-suited date. Not just this, the report has further revealed that Varun and Natasha have hired the same wedding planner as Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas. The report can be read as, “According to our source, the destination is going to be Jodhpur. Both the families are in talks with a couple of palaces in the city, to decide on the final venue. Our source also adds that Varun and Natasha have hired the same wedding planner as Priyanka and Nick, i.e. Motwane Entertainment & Weddings. It’s going to be a three-day traditional Hindu wedding that will include multiple pre-wedding ceremonies and events.”
For the ones who don’t know, one of Varun’s crazy fans had tried to break into Varun’s house and threatened to kill his ladylove, Natasha Dalal. On the same note, the October actor had stated, “The police have got involved in the matter, so I will refrain from speaking on the incident. Keeping that aside, I am generally saying that it is a wrong thing. My loved ones should not have to pay any price because of my celebrity status. It is wrong. I am a very approachable guy when it comes to fans. I always take out time for them. On Arbaaz Khan’s chat show, Pinch, Varun had commented on the trolls and the crazy female fan, and had quipped, “Everyone knows I have a girlfriend and that I have been in love for a very long time with Natasha. So sometimes when people use that and make up stuff, then that I don't appreciate that, and I feel like that is my thing and I think people should respect.” Talking about his wedding plans with his ladylove, he had remarked, “It’s not happening right now as I am busy with all my releases. When I decide to get married, I will send out a picture.”
During an interview with Filmfare, he had revealed that his film choices are influenced by the love of his life, Natasha. He had then said, “Actually, I decided to do a film like Badlapur or October because of her. It's because of her and some of our friends that I do slightly different films. They like such kind of cinema. What's special about our relationship is that I have someone, who isn't with me just because I'm an actor.”
He had further gone on to add, “It's amazing to have someone like that in your life. We bond over each other and that's the main thing. We've known each other for too long, so the connection is deep. It's like a family. It's always been so.” In the same interaction, he had shared his wedding plans with Natasha, “It’s not going to happen this year. I’m not saying I won’t get married but it’s not this soon. In another media interaction, he had shared the reason why he is in relationship with her, “That's why I'm with her because she has her own individuality, she has her own voice which is super strong with things she wants to do and things she wants to achieve in life. And, as her partner, that is something I want to support, you know. And, she has been so supportive where my career is concerned, always, from day one actually.”
