Varun Kapoor Of 'Swaragini' Is Divorced From His Wife, Dhanya Mohan After 12 Years Of Marriage

Famous television actor, Varun Kapoor saw a lot of success and love for his role in Swaragini – Jodein Rishton Ke Sur. While his professional life has seen a lot of appreciation and accolades, his personal life has hit a rough patch. According to reports, Varun Kapoor has parted ways with Dhanya Mohan. The two were married for more than 10 years.

According to a report by The Times of India, Varun Kapoor's divorce was finalised around two weeks ago. A source close to the couple revealed that Varun and Dhanya's divorce was finalised around two weeks ago. Varun is now busy with work to get out of a personal battle. The source was quoted as saying:

"The divorce was finalised around two weeks ago. Varun has now immersed himself totally into work."

It is worth mentioning that there has been no official confirmation from the couple. Varun, who has been keeping a private life, has been tight-lipped on the matter, and doesn't want to share the news. 

When Varun Kapoor talked about his marriage with Dhanya

Earlier, in an interview with The Times of India, Varun revealed that his wife often travels while he remains busy shooting. He added that he thought that he is still a bachelor and part married. He said:

"Dhanya is flying all the time and I am shooting. We knew this was going to come when we got married. I still feel I am part bachelor and part married, because about 15 days a month, I am managing my home on my own. But it is nice; we have just the right distance and space and look forward to being with each other more. We try to manage our time accordingly."

Varun Kapoor revealed that his wife is not insecure of his female fan following. He further added that Dhanya is pillar of his strength. Varun stated that his life has turned wonderful with a lot of changes happening around. He was quoted as saying:

"Life after marriage has turned wonderful with a lot of changes happening around. There is always somebody to share your problems with. No matter what, if there are no ears to listen to you after marriage, there is always someone to hear what you have to say. My wife is like my backbone."
