Veer Pahariya is the new star on the block as the handsome actor is making a lot of noise for his debut film, Sky Force. Ever since the release of Sky Force, Veer has been getting a lot of attention for his looks and acting chops. Recently, the actor stopped an interview midway when he was quipped about nepotism in the industry.

It so happened that during an interview, Veer Pahariya was questioned about the existence of nepotism in Bollywood. The journalist went on to ask Veer’s take on Ibrahim Ali Khan being launched by the celebrated filmmaker, Karan Johar. Instead of speaking his mind, the actor looked at his PR for cues.

When the PR directed Veer to avoid the question, the interviewer again stated that Veer, too, comes from a privileged background and he should speak about it. However, listening to his PR, Veer stopped the interview midway and told the journalist:

“Okay we will leave it for next time.”

When Veer Pahariya talked about being trolled for his privileges

For the unversed, Veer Pahariya hails from an influential family. He is the son of business tycoon, Sanjay Pahariya and Sobo Films owner, Smriti Shinde. Veer is Shikhar Pahariya’s brother and the grandson of former CM of Maharashtra, Sushil Kumar Shinde. Veer and Shikhar's parents, Sanjay and Smriti, reportedly separated years ago, but they co-parented their sons.

Veer has been basking in the success of his debut film, Sky Force. However, he, too, has been sharing his fair share of lows for hailing from a privileged family. Earlier, in an interview with ABP Entertainment LIVE, Veer was asked about people questioning his privileges. He stated:

Veer Pahariya apologised to stand-up comedian, Pranit More

Veer Pahariya recently grabbed the headlines after a group of men assaulted stand-up comedian, Pranit More for making a joke on the Sky Force actor. After Pranit wrote about the incident on social media, Veer reacted and penned an apology and revealed he had nothing to do with the assault. He assured everyone that he would personally make sure that the people behind this were punished. He concluded the post by stating, ‘No one deserves this.’
