Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif are one of those married couples who reinstalled our faith in marriages and 'happily ever after'. Vicky and Katrina kept their relationship hidden till they tied the knot. There was not even a single picture of them from their dinner dates. However, their fans always knew something was brewing between the two. And the world could see immense love for Vicky in the eyes of Katrina. However, not many know, that Katrina had threatened Vicky Kaushal 'to not marry her' after he told her he had to resume work within two days.
Recalling the incident, Vicky told Pinkvilla that he had completed half of the shooting of his film, Zara Hatke Zara Bachke, before marriage, and he had to resume work within two days of his wedding. When Katrina got to know about it, she straight away threatened him not to marry her. Talking about the serious situation, Vicky was quoted as saying:
"I have done half of the film’s shooting before my marriage and then I took off for my marriage. Right after the marriage, within two days, they were calling me on the set. Toh fir mujh dhamki mil gayi thi ki tumhe do din baad set pe hi jana hai toh shaadi rehne hi do."

Vicky further revealed that his life had changed after marrying Katrina. He added that she is the 'peace' of his life, and he is super happy to find a companion in their life. He called her presence in his life 'sukoon wali feeling'. Vicky added Katrina is a lovely human being, and exploring life with her is fun. He added that he has been travelling a lot, too, thanks to her.
During the same interview, Vicky also revealed the reason why he calls his wife, Katrina, his 'panic button'. The actor added that she tends to overthink and panic, and then he has to calm and relax her. He was quoted as saying:
"She has a tendency to overthink, she has a tendency to panic, she has a tendency to have an impulsive reaction and then I’ve to calm her down, relax, let’s figure things out, let’s see rationally and all of that."
On May 16, 2023, Katrina posted two cosy pictures from their date night. The actress hosted an intimate date for the birthday boy, Vicky, at their home. In the first monochrome picture, Vicky and Katrina were dancing together as they were lost in each other's eyes. Katrina looked super gorgeous in a fluttery-sleeved gown.
On the work front, Vicky Kaushal will be next seen in the film, Sam Bahadur. On the other hand, Katrina Kaif was recently seen in the spy-thriller, Tiger 3.
