Vicky Kaushal has been rising high both in his personal as well as professional life at the moment. He has been working back-to-back in promising films, and has received a lot of love and appreciation for the same. On the other hand, Vicky is enjoying a blissful life with wifey, Katrina Kaif and the duo has been painting the town red with their mushy romance. Amidst it all, Vicky talked about his experience of working with Badshaah, Shah Rukh Khan for the first time ever.
In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Vicky Kaushal talked about his experience of working along with Shah Rukh Khan in Rajkumar Hirani’s much-anticipated film, Dunki. Calling it a once-in-a-lifetime event and a dream come true moment for him, the actor said:
“Unko milna hi dream come true hota hai, unke saath kaam karna to socho kitna bada dream come true hai. So main bohot zyada detail mein baat nahi kar sakta uske baare mein, because there's a different process of that. But itna main zaroor bol sakta hu ki unke saath kaam karke mujhe pata laga ki voh Badshaah kyu hain. He is something else. Unke jaisa koi hai nahi.”

In an earlier interaction with Pinkvilla, Vicky Kaushal recalled shooting his earlier film, Zara Hatke Zara Bachke and revealed that he had shot half of the film before his wedding. Moreover, he added that he needed to complete the shoot two days after his wedding. However, when his wifey, Katrina got to know about his short deadline, she got really angry and threatened him to just as well cancel their wedding. Recalling her words, Vicky said:
"I have done half of the film’s shooting before my marriage and then I took off for my marriage. Right after the marriage, within two days, they were calling me on the set. Toh fir mujh dhamki mil gayi thi ki tumhe do din baad set pe hi jana hai toh shaadi rehne hi do."
In an interview with Zoom Entertainment, Katrina Kaif revealed how her husband, Vicky Kaushal considers her the biggest entertainer. Moreover, she also revealed how every time that the two of them reunite after work, Vicky complements her by saying that the drama was missing all this while when she was absent, and that his life feels full with her presence.

During the promotion of his film, Sam Bahadur with the Indian Army’s 6 Sikh Regiment, Vicky Kaushal was asked to reveal the name of his favourite actress, apart from his wifey, Katrina Kaif. To this, he gave a hilarious yet relatable reply in Punjabi and mentioned:
“Paaji, ek jawab ke chakkar main ghar pe kalesh nahi karaunga. Mujhe aur koi actress dikhti hi nahi hai. Ek hi hai. Mera mission bhi bilkul army ki tarah hi hai, jo mission hai phir vahi hai.”
